COMPANY PROFILE

SCUBA WORLD (SHENZHEN) CO. LTD. (SZSWC) and HONG KONG SCUBA WORLD CLUB (SWC) are sister Companies, both are the most prestigious and safe dive organizations in Shenzhen, China (PRC) and Hong Kong.  The Scuba World Group have been operated for more than 30 years, over 4,000 students have been trained and certified, and been enjoying all privileges provided.  Among all local dive organizations, Scuba World Group has been maintaining the most respectable (zero accident) safety record since 1989.

SZSWC is a Professional Training Centre of the National Association of Underwater Instructors (NAUI), Professional Association of Diving Instructors (PADI) and World Underwater Federation (CMAS) etc., and we assure you will receive the best training in recreational diving in Shenzhen, China (PRC).  Courses available include but not limited to: All levels of Scuba Divers, Technical Divers, Rescuers and First Aiders, Diving Specialties, Nitrox Divers, Rebreather Divers, Dive Leadership Courses, Dive Instructor Courses and Instructor Trainer Workshop etc..  All levels of NAUI, PADI and CMAS courses are available at SZSWC upon request.  Diver qualifications are generally acceptable for crossover from one to another.  For Cross References of Dive Certifications, please browse [Cross References of Certifications].

SCUBA DIVER AND ADVANCED DIVER COURSES OUTLINES AND SCHEDULES

Openwater Scuba Diver Course (SDC or Basic Diver)

SDC / OW is an entry-level course for openwater scuba diving, the entire course can be completed in 2 Weekends (4 Days).  Class sizes of 3 - 6 students or Private Class (1-2 students) are available upon request. Course schedules may be agreed among class students.

Some unique dive sites required Advanced Diver Certification for participation.  Obtain an Advanced Diver Certification before dive adventures is highly recommended.

Advanced Diver Course (ADC)

ADC / AOW is a Two-days (1 Weekend) Course of continued and supervised experience that is designed to introduce divers to a variety of advanced diving activities (such as Deep Dive, Night Dive, Underwater Navigation, Buoyancy Control, Underwater Hunting/Collecting and Using Dive Computer), the course will be taught entirely in an openwater setting.  Course schedules may be agreed among class students. Basic Scuba Diver + Advanced Diver (SDC + ADC) Combined Course

A Specially Discounted Combined Course Package for Basic Scuba Diver + Advanced Diver Combined Course is available for Beginners, the entire Course can be completed in 3 Weekends or 6 Continuous Days.  Benefits of taking the Combined Course Package are money and time saving, continuity of skills development and achievement of Advanced Diver Certification directly.  It also allows you to participate in some advanced activities on your dive adventure overseas or upgrade to leadership level with minimum time and costs.

It is highly recommended that Foreigners who participate in dive training and/or diving activities at Dapeng Peninsula should always bring along with their Passport or Residential Permit for security check.

 Should you required land transportation and accommodation:
Luohu to Dapeng Peninsula land transportation (4-seats Saloon) is available at about￥500 (round trip).

COURSE PREREQUISITES

Minimum age for this certification course is 10, good health conditions. Guardian approval required for age under 14.

Demonstrate novice swimming proficiency in any stroke.

QUALIFICATION OF GRADUATES

SZSWC offered NAUI, PADI, CMAS and TDI courses and certifications as required. Graduates of course students will be certified as per courses and levels that signed up.  All certifications offered are internationally recognized and considered competent to engage in openwater and/or nitrox diving activities without direct supervision.

EQUIPMENT

Packages of Basic and Advanced Diver Courses are normally including rental of SCUBA Equipment for the Course.  Students are strongly advised to have their Personal Dive Equipment for the Course (such as Mask, Snorkel, Boots, Fins and Wetsuit) for better adaptation and performance.  Discounted Packages including masks with corrective lens and ear protection are available for students.  Rental of Personal Dive Equipment is also available.  Please browse [Dive Equipment] for products information and discounted packages.
